About Microsoft Licensing.

simpler365 runs natively on Microsoft Power Apps. Some Microsoft licensing is needed for the apps, the AI agents, and any interactive reports. Here's what each one requires.

Apps.

Power Apps licensing depends on how many apps each user needs to access. Microsoft offers four options:

OPTION 1

Power Apps Premium

For users accessing multiple apps

Unlimited apps. Includes Dataverse storage allowance per user.

OPTION 2

Per App Plan

For users accessing one app only

One app per user. Being phased out by Microsoft.

OPTION 3

Pay-As-You-Go

For variable or occasional usage

Metered per active user. Dataverse storage charged separately.

OPTION 4

Power Pages

For browser-based, capacity-licensed access

Web portal access. Includes Dataverse (2 GB DB / 16 GB file).

Do users really get unlimited access for one flat fee?

Yes. The simpler365 subscription is one flat monthly fee per organisation. Every employee, every app, every agent. No per-seat charges, ever. Microsoft licensing is separate, paid to Microsoft.

What if my organisation grows? Does the price change?

No. Whether you grow from 100 to 1,000 employees, the simpler365 subscription stays the same. Your Microsoft licensing scales separately, according to Microsoft's pricing.

How do I check what Microsoft licences we already have?

Your IT team can check in the Microsoft 365 admin centre under user licensing. Your Microsoft reseller can provide a written entitlement audit. We'll walk through it with you in the demo.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. simpler365 is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. Your data stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant, where it always lived.

What's included in onboarding?

Tenant configuration, app deployment, integration setup, admin training, and rollout support. Onboarding typically runs two to four weeks. Included in your subscription.

What happens if I cancel?

Your simpler365 subscription stops. The apps and agents are deactivated from your tenant. Your data already lived on your Microsoft 365 tenant. It stays exactly where it is, in your control.
